At QInvest, we offer a range of advice options to meet your needs, with the freedom to choose advice over the phone, face-to-face or via video call.

You can access fast, affordable advice in around 45 minutes with our over the phone advice service.

To access phone advice:

  1. Make an appointment for QSuper Only or QSuper Essentials by contacting us.
  2. Once your appointment has been scheduled, and depending on the nature of advice, you may be provided with a lifestyle questionnaire to complete. This questionnaire contains important background information on your current situation, goals for the future and any specific areas of concern. You’ll need to return this to us before your appointment so your Adviser can get an understanding of your situation and needs before your appointment. This will be confirmed when you make your appointment.
  3. You will receive confirmation of your booking and a request for further information if required.
  4. Provide any requested information, such as pay slips or budgets. This will be dependent on the type of advice you are seeking.
  5. During your phone appointment your adviser will ask you a range of questions designed to create a clear picture of your current situation and goals, and answer any queries you may have.
  6. Your Statement of Advice can be emailed or posted to you outlining the steps to implement your plan. While our advice is easy to follow, for a small cost you can access our phone-based Implementation Assistance Service for QSuper Essentials advice. Find out about our fees.

QSuper Essentials is also available through video call, which provides advice on the same range of topics as our phone advice. The added benefit of our video channel is that it allows you to speak to your Adviser over the phone while sharing information through your computer or tablet.

Our QSuper Plus and Comprehensive Advice services provide you with a face-to-face appointment option. It will be set up at a time that suits you that will last approximately 1-1.5 hours – allowing plenty of time to talk to your Adviser about your situation and financial goals for the future.
