Our QSuper Plus and Comprehensive Advice services provide you with a face-to-face appointment option. It will be set up at a time that suits you that will last approximately 1-1.5 hours – allowing plenty of time to talk to your Adviser about your situation and financial goals for the future.
1. Before your appointment
Once your appointment has been scheduled, you will be provided with a lifestyle questionnaire to complete. This questionnaire contains important background information on your current situation, goals for the future and any specific areas of concern. You’ll need to return this to us before your appointment so your Adviser can get an understanding of your situation and needs before you meet.
2. Your face-to-face appointment
This meeting is about discovering what’s important to you and ensuring your Adviser has a clear view of your goals and priorities. At your appointment your Adviser will discuss all fees payable and your payment options, including the amount (if applicable) that can be deducted from your QSuper account. 3. Your Statement of Advice
Your Statement of Advice will be sent out to you, after your appointment and, includes the steps to implement your plan. While our advice is easy to follow, you can access our phone-based Implementation Assistance Service if you need help at any time. Find out about our fees.

Our Relationship Service has been designed to help you monitor your financial situation and strategies regularly to ensure you’re still on track to reaching your goals. Find out about the service and our fees.
